There might be a small gathering at dave & busters on colorado for a z enthusiast who is visiting family for vacation.
It originated on classiczcars.

Keep updated on that thread. If you don't want to register but are interested in coming to D&B, let me know here or if you have any suggestions, better meeting place centrally located, time etc. Some might bring family so I guess SGW is out of the question.
Right now the tentative place and time is weds the 29th at 7:30pm at D&B meeting on the top floor of the parking garage before going in.
I don't know if D&B takes reservations, if they do we will need a head count.

Possible location change. RMVR is going to have an informational meeting about the new track that night at the red lion hotel near the stadium. I will post better info as soon as I find out.

Yes, it's just the location that will change.
Information Meeting: For those of you who have questions or are just seeking new or additional information on HPR, RMVR members(open to all) are invited to an Information Meeting on Wednesday, August 29th. In attendance will be Charlie Thompson (CAMA Manager), Bill Howard (Plan West), Bob Darcey (your RMVR rep to CAMA), and Bob Alder (Capital Campaign). There will be a short presentation of information including large detailed drawings of the planned facility. The meeting it is primarily intended as an information exchange to bring you up to speed on recent developments, questions and/or concerns.
Time: 6:00 doors open, 7:00 a short presentation. Be done no later than 9:00.
Place: Red Lion Inn, 14th Floor. This is the tall circular hotel on the north side of Mile-Hi Stadium. (1975 Bryant St.)
FYI, the Red Lion has a nice restaurant/bar on the 14th floor. You can come early to grab a drink at the bar (Sorry, cash bar) or order some food. Or you can stay late and do the more of the same since the restaurant/bar is open late.

Anyone still planning on making it to this little meet?
The vintage group is putting on the info meeting for HPR. After or before the info meet the z guys will have a small gathering.

Meeting time 6:30pm in the parking lot on the south side of the red lion hotel. Then head up to the room for the RMVR info meeting which starts at 7pm. After the meeting we can bs little at the restaurant or go back down to the parking lot.
I'm still not sure exactly how many will make it. dk is iffy with the work he's doing on the gt3, not sure if Art will be able to make the drive from albqq.
If any are interested about first hand info about the new track this is a can't miss meeting. The other clubs involved will also have their own info meetings in the next couple of months as well.
