From Washington D.C. to Denver.....
From Washington D.C. to Denver, 1700 miles in 4 days. One snow storm, and two ice storms with 3 inches of ground clearance and summer perfomance tires but the Z made the trip like a champ!

Welcome back! I once made the trip from Denver to Falls Church leaving on a Friday and arriving on Sunday evening. I think I slept the rest of the week...

Nice dude, ya, ive done that trip three times, denver to falls church, then back to denver and then another falls church to denver trip. Way to many times. Did it in two days each time! As David said, very little was done the rest of the week other than sleep and sitting in hot tubs... Glad to have you back, will have to get together, not much going right now cause of the cold season but we can at the least all get together for drinks or something!

I recall driving I-70 through to Pittsburg and then taking Rt. 66 through the switchbacks and rural areas of Pennsylvania. Good roads to drive on, but it was earlier in the fall and we had rain and snow in various parts. I wouldn't mind doing it again, with the time and money to actually ENJOY the trip!

Welcome back Devildog. Glad you enjoy your trip and made it home safe.
Ahhh, its not about the car, its all in the driver. I drove my Z everyday in the blizzard last year in Toyos T1R and never got stuck.

Drove the Z all last winter through that hellacious snow storm!
