Semi-Final Results from in-person estimates:
1. Spec Wheels of America - $135 per wheel which includes EVERTHING. They repair the wheels, re-machine the lip, and powercoat the wheel. They usually do wholesale as a outsouce. The outcome is supposed to be showroom quality and they actually warranty their work for the time you own vehicle they are on. $10 unmount/remount/balance each wheel.
2. Woody's Wheel Works - $180 for the worst wheel, $140 for the better wheel for JUST the wheel repair. Its $125 per wheel for refinishing (powdercoat and remachined lip). I found out they send the wheels to Spec Wheels, shown above, for the $125/wheel. So for $10 more, you can get everything. Plus they charge your $20 for mount and balance.
3. TruDesign (Jim) - this guy is a pain to deal with, both on the phone and in person. Treats you like an idiot just cause he is an old man and thinks he knows everything. I am the nicest guy in the world, and he wouldnt stop lecturing me about everything. Just your typical horrible attitude, everyone is an idiot except me "person". His price for the worst wheel was $175, and $125 for the least damaged wheel, which only includes repair. It would be an additional $130/wheel if I wanted to do re-finish. They do everything in house though, no outsources. No warranties and no gaurantees.
Results - Hands down Spec Wheels of America, if you are in Denver. Unless there is a shop I didnt find. Half the cost, plus warranty, and the other shops use them for outsourcing. I am taking my wheels in tomorrow to drop them off, do a final determination on if they are repairable, and get them done. They won't repair them unless they know they can fix them to their final standards.
I will post before and after pictures. I think I will get them done in black for my redline instead of the original gunmetal color. FYI - you do lose your stickers, but I have a set of TA stickers that will go with my redline better.

More rant on Trudesign - I am sure Jim knows a ton about wheels, more than I will every will or want to know. But from the start he would make semi-ridiculous statements - "Those are way to light for street use, those shouldnt be on the street.", "Forged wheels tend to crack since they are hard and brittle, caste wheels will bend"; then why are we looking at a BENT wheel from a car accident and not a cracked one? He quoted a 7,000 lb tensile strenght for the volks and said caste were about 30,000 lbs. He asked me "are they 1-piece of 3-piece", I replied "they are forged, mono-block", which then he replied " 1-piece or 3-piece", in a tone that sounded like i just said something obsurd.
Overall, some of the best displays of HORRIBLE customer service. Mind you, this is all unsolicited and unmerited. The guy would ARGUE with me about things I didn't even care about. I talked to him twice on the phone before this, and he was a jerk that entire time as well.
Like I said, I dont know that much about wheels. Furthermore, I more than willing to admit when someone knows more than I do and am more than willing to listen and learn. Just cause you know more than someone about a specific topic, doesnt mean you should treat them like an retard.

If anyone wants contact information (email, PoC, #), let me know. Of course, you can find that stuff on the internet.
Note that I did not re-contact Boulder Nissan. They are far from me and I couldnt imagine them being cheaper that Spec Wheels of America.
Its been all my pleasure - doing the research will probably save me $600-700.

Just a different perspective on Jim at Trudesign Wheel. I've dealt with him for over fifteen years and never had a problem. Yeah, he can be blunt, but I appreciate getting a straight answer on repair work of this type. And it's true that he's forgotten more about wheel construction and repair than I'll ever know, but that's what I pay him for. His prices and the quality of work have been good and, in my experience, he always stands behind his work!
Good luck with your wheel repair and I look forward to hearing your followup on Spec Wheels.

Ya, I just posted my perspective. I have no doubt he does excellent work and is 100% capable. However, being just a guy off the street and not part of the racing or auto industry, he just isn't the type of person I like to deal with. Maybe my skin isn't thick enough.
Finally, here are the results:
1. Spec Wheels of America would not attempt to repair the worse damaged wheel since they didn't want to take the time to fix it. Therefore, I took it to Woody's since they said they could fix it and were willing to do it. The final cost was $240 for just the repair. I had some issues with them on actually getting the wheel done. They said it would take about a week to finish. It took them two weeks or so to "finish" it the first time. I took that repaired wheel to Spec Wheels, with the rest of the set, but they looked at it and were not confident that it was fixed within the proper wheels tolerances. So, I took it back to Woodys and they said they would fix it. Well, after another two weeks, I get a call saying that the reason that it wasnt within spec is that their machine was not properly calibrated. It took 5 weks to figure that out?
Anyways, the end product they gave me was great, it was just a pain to have to call them every day to check up on them.
2. I had the other 3 wheels re-trued at Spec Wheels and I had all 4 of them refinished. Total cost for all of that was just over $400, so MUCH cheaper than Woody's.
I decided to have them powdercoat them a darker gunmetal color, but without the machined lip, so that they look like TEs instead of LEs. They came out amazing. I love the way they look. I will post pics.
I recommend Spec Wheels of America to anyone. The price is right, and the quality is great. The only reason to not use them is that if they are unwilling to attempt to fix a certain type and damage of wheel.

Pics of a dirty car... I just moved to New Mexico so I drove about 600 miles. Car needs washing bad. The powdercoat has some flakes in it and I had them put a coat of clearcoat on them, so they are kinda shiny/glossy in the sun when they are cleaner.
