Default Moving to AZ

In Dec I will be moving to AZ, I don't know anything about the state. I was wondering if there is a lot of sports car people out there? I am a little worried to bring my supra out there....

supra will be just fine. AZ is alright i guess. im a native (one of the few) so you prolly dont wana hear what i have to say haha. There are plenty of sports car ppl (lots or ricers yes!) but there are real true sports car fans and there are some quality shops in the phoenix area too. Intense Motorsports(ull love there supra's haha!) in gilbert, UMS tuning in mesa, 350zMotorSports in tempe etc etc...

At least the hottest months are already over. Good luck in the move. It may be nice to know which city you plan to move to for a better or accurate response. IMO theres lots of people who love boats, cars, bikes, and anything and everything just as Cali. Theres a share of Supras and clean sport cars around Phoenix that I know of,... And John Deeres too lol.
+1 on Intense Motorsports knowing the Supra well. Are you a Z owner or former Z owner? (Being on this forum)

Feel free to check out our website www.intensepower.com we have lots of great pictures for refference on there from 350z's and g35's to the almighty Supra! HAHA

Let us know if theres anything we can help with.

There are plenty of open tracks to run at every weekend and events almost every weekend as well. No excuse for street racing in AZ plus the consequneces are huge.

It's a beautiful time of year here in the desert enjoy while we got it.

Lol if your moving to the scottsdale/tempe area you got absolutely nothing to worry about. In scottsdale you will see sports cars on every corner. and Lets just say that when I park at my college, I park next to an Audi r8

Nice, I'll have to check it out. I was worried there wasn't going to be many car people, I figured there would be more trucks if anything.

Haha. Well, I think I will be living up in the middle of no where in Flagstaff. Seems like around the Phoenix area is the best place to be!!! I did just miss the hot weather but what I am worried about is the snow!! I've never driven in the snow before, I'm worried about black ice! I did hear tho that the streets are kept pretty clean. I do not own a Z, I use to own a 300zx if that means anything lol. I joined the forum because I have a few friends on here and I've met a lot of people thru being a car model.

Thank you, is there any local car forums for the area? Also is there many car laws there as there is in cali?

Theres a guy who comes down to our Phoenix area meets every other Friday and he comes down from Prescott. It's not a bad drive down and back. You should get acquainted with Phoenix some.
