Same exact thing has happened to me withing the last 10 days. I've called my cc company to disupte the charge and get my 450 dollars back! What a ripoff. I recently found out that the BBB rating for them was an F.

 

They have installed most of my mods and I have gotten several parts through them. Some have taken longer than expected to arrive but I believe that is a distributor/manufacturer issue. I have been waiting months for a Nismo differential cover to come from Japan.

I have gotten great service and a friendly atmosphere (I have waited and used their wifi and watched their TV)

After reading all the threads regarding this companies poor customer service and awful rating (F) on BBB. I've come to the conclusion that the only people vouching for him are in-state. Meaning that the cheater, has the knowledge that "you don't **** where you eat" and customers probably would come knocking on the front door for their sh*t. Suck a duck 350Z Motorsports, when you get around to reading this thread again. I'm sure, if you dont live with a 100 mile radius, you will get GOT. I know email and telephone service is expensive, but come on lol.
