Who else is going? We need more Z's out there. Z owners are known to be pansies out there since we just show are cars and do not actually race them

Hahah he's right. Pan Z division.

Would it be a good idea if I don't have my Stoptechs or swaybars yet? I can drive real slow when I take the corners but I'm not sure if it will be worth it. I would like to go watch though.

Swaybars are not necessary. However brakes are great! A nice set of high performance pads & brake fluid is a must. While you're at it change to some SS brake lines as well. If you want to just go to watchm you are definitely welcome to roll with my friends and I.

Can I get into the pits as a spectator? I would love to go and take some good pictures.

Yes you can. Four of my friends went last time to watch. Everyone including drivers have to pay $10 at the gate. It is a fun time, especially if you are in to cars. You will see some sick rides out there. If you rent or borrow a helmet you can ride with me and ask others for rides. It is a blast and is the best way to experience what your car can do.

Is that a drag event? The Z is made to race on the circuit!

Can't make it on the 15th of this month, but I will be there for the May 6th event with Speedventures. We will try to have a half dozen or more G's on the track that day, and they will be running the track with the Star Mazda turn at the North end! fast fast fast layout, except it will have bus stop rather than dog leg at the South end.

It is really fun. You are welcome to roll out with us to spectate. Those with helmets (available for rent) can ride with me shotgun as well.

i'll see if speedventures can let me do half price for half the runs (prob 2 sessions). my tires and brakes are wearing quick, but i wouldn't mind some pre-lunch runs.

rickdogg, what setup are you running again? buttonwillow is SO demanding on brakes, turn 1 at the end of the front straight is a killer. kind of makes me wander to willow-springs... easy!

actually just checked out your setup on cardomain, SICK! i gave a good consideration to N/A with nitrous for the track. do you spray on the straights i suppose?

coming out with the a032s? i'll def try to make it out and check out a good N/A z's potential on the track. BTW i also really the overall tune and balance of your car, done very well.

Haha! Yeah, running the A032R's this time around instead of my 19" street tires They did hold up pretty well with no chunking. I may spray in a few of the straights in the future, but I don't find it really necessary especially while learning.

Thanks man. I try to keep the car clean, but with more performance mods in mind to stray away from the usual "prissy" Z owner stereotype
