just wanna see if anyone is down to join me on 6/17 1/4 mile private drag day @ california speedway in fontana california. 80 car limit is 80 cars. whole day thing people can actually get like 30runs if they wanted to instead of 2 on the street legal days cost is $100 dollars but is well worth it for the amount of runs you get.

I'm hoping some of my team members will make it out there as well

I went to a couple of the private track rental, it was great for practicing launches.
However, I had problems with my Z wheelhoping on 3rd to 4th gear upshift (It's a 50/50 issue with the stock suspension). I wasn't sure if it was because of the suspension being too soft or its an aerodynamic issue (lifting up the rear end) since there is strong headwinds on the drag strip.
It's been hot lately in Fontana, so don't get too bent out of shape if you run mid 14's since the DA there can get close to 4,000 ft. (~1,127 feet actual elevation).

You shouldn't have too much of a problem getting 2.1 60's on Fontana with street tires. I haven't gotten anything lower than 2.1 on street tires there, but 2.0 might be possible if you start your runs early (when the VHT is layed out and not as much rubber junk on the pad).
