Does anyone know what type of wheels the Brainstorm Skyline has? I really like those, I thought they said they were SSR's but I can not find a SSR model like those.
They look kinda like the original Racing Hart C5's but in black.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sounds like it was a success. Never met David, but have had contact with Peter and far as that goes, he was great. I also have my APS TT in my garage now with the jwt cams, got to get them on, except still need to get the gauges yet. I had checked on SC's and other TT's, but went with the APS TT, simply as stated earlier, no blown engines, and I know several who have them in and have not had any problem at all. The kit really comes with everything pretty much needed. i.e. don't forget to upgrade the clutch though, as the stock will not last, and maybe a larger core radiator (Koyo), oil cooler kit, and possibly a low temp. thermostat (NISMO). Keep the engine temp down and running cool. Simple considerations. I'm NorCal, or I would have been there.

I had to be L.A. on some family matters so I stopped by Brainstorm yesterday and got to see see everyone who was there and some very cool cars (not all 350Z's). Alpine was Brainstorm's No.1 APS TT install last Nov. and I was No. 2 in Dec. so we had a chance to talk about our experiences with the kit. I had met peter from APS at the SEMA show in Vegas last year so it was nice to meet David yesterday. I'm impressed with both guys and I always base my assessment on my experience and not what I hear from others.
One thing did disappoint me though and that was hearing that Roshan is no longer the owner of Brainstorm. Apparently he has sold his interest and is moving onto some other venture (not with cars and tuning) but will still be involved with Brainstorm on a consulting basis. I did meet the new owners and they seem to be knowledgeable and committed to keeping the shop running at a high level. Their stated goal is to make it "the premier performance shop" in Southern California. They are off to a good start!

yes everyone is a little upset that he sold, but the new owners are on top of the market and still offer the same great service and quality that was there before. from what i have heard, is that something came up for roshan that was more important than business and he had to drop it because of the time commitment. he dident lose interest, he actually had your interest in mind in selling it because he would not be around enough to make sure that everything ran perfectly. so instead of holding on to it and letting it go downhill, he got out and passed it on to two very qualified men, norm and gordon who in my opinion will help brainstorm grow into an even more amazing shop. glad to see you all out there, if you are in the area on thursdays stop by the in n out meet, its getting pretty big.
