Hey I just booked a room at the
Willow Inn & Suites
(661) 764-5121

The room rate for "racers" is 46.95 for the nite. They said they still have plenty of room. Anyone else planning to stay up there for the nite before 12/16?

-Jeff

I have a crack in one of my cats. I might have to pull out of the event if I don't get it fixed on time. If I do, i'm down to get a room too.

Bobowah:
I have a reservation at the same hotel too.

ZBOY:
Dont bring anything other than what you need... you can't leave them in your car while you drive.

As long as it's secured, it should be fine. They dont want you to have anything in the car that might fly around and hit you during high speed manuevering. So, no V1 mounted on the windshield. ...like you'd need it out there on the track!

I didn't see anyone with those blue tapes at the track last time. But I guess it's good to protect your investment... but there aren't too much debris on the track that could potentially damage your headlights. But it's up to you I guess.

They have a tire shop at the track. as for tools... I guess that's up to you too. Thre is a place where you rest your car every 30 mins for half an hour. You tend to go back to the same place every time so you can leave your stuff on the ground there.

Is that the rate for single occupancy? That's damn cheap.

It's looking good at this time. Since I didn't find a ride for the 25 Hours of Thunderhill, I'm really looking forward to a little track time!

Well, it looks like I'm not going to make it to the event as my car won't be ready in time. I'm really disappointed because I was lookinf forward to running with everyone. Oh well, I hope we have another event like this next year.

The one upside to all this is that I may end up with the new Nismo V2 front bumper.
