Hello all:

To all of you people in the real estate biz...

Where are thier any houses near ontario that are somewhat affordable???

I Get sick to my stomach when I see a 3bdr house for $400K+

Im looking for something simple in a nice place for me and my lady. Big Garage a must...

ferret my wife and i just bought in yorba linda and rickdogg did our loan... but we are in the mid 400's and its a 3/2.5 townhouse... but dont know what else you will find... out your way I am sure you could buy a condo/thouse a lil cheaper though... but i had to stay behind the orange curtain...

but there are some deals especialy in south OC if u wanna go that far... i didnt look at 951/909 at all though...

nothing in SoCal with a "big" garage sells for less than $450k now.
