Default Feeler: Idle raised for $15

I've recently purchased a CAN/BUS scanner that gives me the ability to change the idle speed in the 350Z. Would anyone in SoCal find this desireable?

What's involved in the process? I'd be willing to bring the beer if someone can adjust mine.

Umm maybe a dumb question but why would you want to change your idle speed?

350Zteve & maximXL, let me know if you ever want to stop by, it only takes a few minutes... I just hook up to the OBD-2 port under the dash and push a few buttons.

Hybrid90, some cars with cams, really light clutch/flywheel, etc... will have trouble idling, so it's helpfull to raise/lower the idle. It also helps keep the engine from stalling when you decelerate and take off.

Just curious, what diagnostic tool are you using to raise idle?
