^ I'd say it's about 35 minutes. There's no traffic down here.. pretty weird... SD county is beautiful! I'm not use to all this clean air, lol.

it's outside parking, but gated community. Much safer, though, than any part of LA, that's for sure.

well, it's actually in oceanside (borderline), the very north of sd county.
