I'm doing it cuz it seems really low right now, about 650, and to hinder the whirling sound of the vortech. I think around 850-900 should be good.

okay i just read the links, seems like a pretty useful tool to have. but another question, will this allow you to tune your ecu to get a certain a/f ratio or does it just show you what your a/f ratio is? i'd like to check it out today but im not sure at around what time i can go.

It doesn't do anything for adjusting A/F. It will only display it for you.

I too have noticed that my idle is rough, unless I am running A/C which bumps up the idle. I run A/C almost 100% of the time so it's not a big issue...

damn i missed out, i was hoping i would've got the chance to ride in a s/c Z... anyway, you think you can raise my idle for me? i just wanna do it just to do it =)
