Default Job opening at Bulletproof Automotive/Top Secret

Hi everyone this is John over at Bulletproof Automotive. We are currently searching for candidates to fill 3 open positions in our company.

Shipping Supervisor(Full Time):
Responsible for shipping of all products to our customers, both wholesale and retail clients. This is a physical job that requires you to inspect all incoming boxes from Japan, repack them for added security, then seal them properly and setup shipping with our shipping providers. You must be able to lift heavy items and work the majority of your day in our warehouse unsupervised. This position pays approx $8-$9 per hour.

Sales Rep(Full Time):
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgable sales rep to assist our sales department with retail/wholesale inquires, prospecting calls, marketing plans, and event coverage. We prefer this individual to be fluent in Japanese to also assist with coordination between us and our 200+ vendors in Japan. This job has a lot of responsibility and the individual will be responsible for delivering excellent service and knowledge of products to prospective customers. Approx $12-$13 per hour.

Chief Mechanic(Full Time)
Our tuning shop currently has an opening for a chief mechanic. This individual would be responsible for overseeing our tuning operations which include many of the highest profile vehicles found in the country. An advanced knowledge of suspension tuning, engine building, and race car building philosophy is required as you will be expected to uphold the standards of our company and meet the exceedingly high expectations of our customers. Vehicle knowledge would need to be across all brands but a increased focus on Hondas and Nissans are definitely a plus. Pay for this position would be dependant upon qualifications and experience.

I think your pay is a little low. Most people here probably make more than that. Also I have worked extensively in the shipping industry, and your approx pay of $8-$9/hr is way off. You will never hire anybody at that wage.

+1 I make that in like 10 minutes sitting on my ***.. no no wonder so many highschool kids. linger around performance/parts shops. kinda stress me out these kids are handling my incredibly expensive parts. bulletproof is a great shop, though.. bought a bunch of stuff from them.. then again, I just dealt with Ben. Other guys I spoke with sounded like they were stoned.

we actually filled both positions. i think i kind of hyped up the positions a little too much. how about a warehouse person who packs up products and a person to answer emails

I am looking for a fluent japanese person though, i won't list the pay for you vultures, but yeah someone who can conversate and read fluently. Throw anyone you know my way.

And in terms of benefits....JDM parts at cost?

well the fact that position was for a shipping "supervisor" kinda threw me off. 8-9 bucks for a supervisor position? I mean if the position was for "random warehouse dude" then the wage would have made much more sense
