Scott - You have a semi-twin out there! Saw a Silverstone Vert Z today and from the rear window when the guy turned his head, looked like you!

But it wasnt.

Anyways, hope all is well with you guys!

As great as GTM is, they are very pricy.
Fast Intentions can do Voctech SC installed for under $5,000 I believe.
Just have it installed by FI and take it to GTM for tuning.

i dont think 5000 installed is possible. The cheapest full kit I can buy is 4899 shipped from performance factory in the group buy. GTM is quoting 4999 + tax and labor + before and after dyno for 7000. They said if anything goes wrong with the Vortech they will do all the labor and shipping to Vortech for free, but only if I buy the kit from them. Im kinda weighing the high chance of something going wrong down the line and ending up paying a crap load of labor for fixing the S/C. I mean if Fast intentions can do it much cheaper and offers some kind of warranty for their work then Ill just go with them. I didnt even know they do those kind of things, thought they just made exhausts.

Paul, let me see what the SC plus install will be at street image and if they'll cover the warranty stuff. I should know just after new years.

Hey Richie. Hope you're having a good time.

So that chick from Hawaii told me to come over last night. It was like 10:30pm by the time I got there and she was already sleeping, so I ended up spending the night with her. Didn't do much cause she wasn't staying awake. Her fuking alam went off at 6am. She forgot she had to take a friend to the airport so I got kicked out. Went to swingers for breakfast. Now I'm waiting for the carwash to open and then off to see the mustang and the condo before I go back home and shower.

I was invited to play in a hold'em tournament tonight. 20+ people playing with a $100 buy in. I'm considering playing. If I win its at least $1000.

When are we getting together again ktown?

Go out and buy a shirt. Or buy a hooker. You can probably find a hooker that will give you a free shirt. LOL

definately pay more for quality work plus good warrenty. Force induction+NOTHING EVER going wrong is unheard of. So I think it'll be worth it in the long run IMO.

I remember last time FI had Vortech group buy for around $3500 and they quoted me $1100 for labor. Of course tuning wasn't include since they don't even know how to do that.
When you take your car to GTM for the install MAKE SURE TO talk to Sam about the SC pulley belt coming loose.
I've seen three of GTM installed Votech Z/Gs there with belt problem. Just make sure it doesn't happen to yours. I hope that issue was fixed by now.

I think if this is the same issue i remember reading about, Vortech released an official apology about this and have claimed to fix the issue..

goooooooo walk around..amsterdam is BEAUTIFUL and they have the coolest shops ever. grab a map, some money and a bottle of water and go get lost. go to van gogh's museum, if not for the art then for the architecture, the landscaping.. all of it. it's an amazing amazing vibrant colorful city.

The belt eventually comes loose because it stretches from daily usage. It just needs to be tightened up with the tensioner pulley. The 3500 group buy was the tuner kit which is missing a few things like EMS, fuel, ect. Im buying the full kit, Im going to call fast intentions and see what they say
