well i just got it last week and had it on my car for less then 30min and then took it off. you ask why here it is https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/223907-worst-sunday.html. i took it to the dealer to fix the problem and its costing me 1k to fix. i was thinking of putting it back on after i get my car back but then i realized i can wait til later when i get bored with my car. i know i could of taken to a cheaper shop but dont think they have much experience with Zs. so im just going to add intake and exhaust for now. it really $ucl<s that i never even felt the power it gives. i thank Tony from motordyne for info i needed and Intensepower for good deal.

im only selling for pick up or meet up around so cali. cuz i dont like hasseling with shipping.

Why is it costing you 1k to fix it? What's the problem? I see in your thread that it's just a broken bolt and some coolant issues?

 

well they said they have to replace the mainfold and i guess for keeping the car there for few days. i know its alot of money but right now i just want my car. like i said other places would be cheaper but dont want unexperienced people to touch my car.

I read y our post on the broken bolt...but what exactly happened? Did a bolt fall IN your engine??? Pm me with a price too btw.

 

when i was installing my mrev the top middle part was tightened but the bottom middle (in pic) was still turning so i kept tuning it when i heard like a bang and i look the piece boke off and dont know where it went. towed the car incase the peice went to my engine. they test drove it and said no problem with engine and found the peice. but i dont think it was the broken peice i think its the one i droped putting the car back together..

They are charging you $1k for that? Wow...but if you had the lower plenum on, the piece could not possibly have fallen into the engine. It was probably lying somewhere on the bottom. It happened to me too so I used a coat hangar to fish it out. They shouldn't be charging you so much for that kind of work. $1k for fishing out a dropped bolt? Anyways good luck on your car, pm'd you for price out of curiousity...I just installed mine last week
