My Experiences:
12 gallons of 91 + 8 gallons of 100 = 7rwhp on the dyno (I went out to Buttonwillow and burned all the gas on the track). The Z felt alot smoother and didn't feel soo rough on acceleration.
1/4 mile time difference, I did the sames times with 91 octane and mixed gas. Therefore, I don't see any straight line differences.

Never put in a higher octane than your car needs. You are just wasting money. Gasoline does not add hp. It only helps with combustion issues. Anyone making claims that they made more hp stock with it is lying.

One thing I could definitely tell was that IT BURNS HELLA FASTER.

It revs smoother, but the whole point is higher octane gas burns slower which helps prevent detonation. Not faster.

100 octane will do absolutely nothing for a normally aspirated vehicle designed and built to run on 91 octane california fuel, which every new vehicle is designed for. The built in timing and ignition maps are based on pump premium and putting 100 octane isn't going to magically create more power.
