Well said ---I learned as far back as still a kid that NOTHING pisses someone off as much as ignoring them as if they didnt exsist.

They do what they do to make the statement, ---See me ! Im Somebody.

Take that away from them and it disupts their self centered world.

BTW---Works in all situations-----*****y GFs, Insecure Cops, Relatives.

BLOWS their Minds !!!

Default Keep the left lane sacred...

Guys,

I agree that idiots should just simply be ignored.
Back in highschool, I used to be one of those idiots.
I was just simply too impatient.
Life hurled lessons at me, and I've grown up since then.

Hopefully, those idiots we see everyday will grow up eventually.

ONE THING THOUGH!

The LEFTMOST LANE is for PASSING.
It's in California traffic laws, it's just not enforced as much.
If you're in the LEFTMOST lane and someone comes behind u real quick,
GET OUT OF THE WAY.
You have no business holding up traffic in the leftmost lane.
It is MUCH safer for you to lane change to the right,
than for the passer to weave past you.
Again, it's an actual, active law.

EDIT: I'm talking about highways only. On surface streets, no such laws exist.

In Kentucky, it seems, possestion is 9/10ths of the law, whatever lane you are in, you stay there, no matter how much you hold up traffic. And if you have beer cans and other trash blowing out of the back of your pickup, all the better.

Even where I live, over half the people that hold up the left lane are either 1) totally unaware of it and confused as to why the person behind them is highbeaming/honking/tailgating, or 2) they WANT to be an *******.

Of course, the other people (the less-than-half group) move out ASAP when someone's trying to pass. If I'm going 125mph, someone coming up behind me, I move out of the way (IF I'm in the leftmost lane). This made me realize just how efficient and safe this is. I never knew, but there are websites and forums dedicated to discussing the left-lane-blocking issue.

Was in Holland in June for a MotoGP, and riding in a foregin country was not at all what I expected. People in Holland ACTUALLY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. It was freakin' amazing! If you came up on them, they got out of the way, if they came up on you, you got out of the way. It was like some trippy eupohoric drive-o-rama thing that only exists in those really weird late night cartoons that have body parts for characters.

I come back home, salivating to drive my Z, get on the freeway at 10:00pm on a Sunday, and BAM!!!! Traffic. Y4? Beats the shise out of me, guess that is just So. CaL.

The thing about moron drivers is that they really feel they are right, so you might as well argure with a street sign; you'd probably have more success.

I say ban the seat belt law, ban the hlemet law, lets let social Darwinism sort out the dummies and provide us all with a good stock of used parts.

All in favor?

And next time some crack in the a$$ of humanity tailgates you, just kick it down a gear and say goodbye, that usually pisses them off more than ignoring them, though that is a highly effective treatment. It workied one that dude in the 335i the other night on the 57 South. Scrub. Learn to drive.

Draankol: You have my vote.

As for Holland vs. Amerika driving, you are right.
