I actually talked to Mark when I called Sherman's firm. I was asking him for advice on how to handle my first ticket because the court system screwed-up with my original trial by declaration by losing it and then I found that my driver's license was going to be suspended.

To make it even worse, when I went into court under appointment, I wasn't there on the list. I soent about 3 hours standing in line for nothing.

Everything worked out in the end though. Mark was very helpful in offering me advice.
