San Fernando Valley (818) members...
Hello guys, I made this thread a while back during winter break, but due to my situation at the on going time, I was unable to arrange any shoots.
I'm making this thread again to see if there is any interest for local photoshoot(s). I'm back and now I have an even better camera than what I started out with.
During the past year, photography became a hobby to me. I'm not a pro or anything like that, but rather a n00b to the world of photography. I grew tired and bored of taking pictures of the same cars over and over again (my friends' cars). I want to see if anyone here would like to set up a photoshoot. The invite is opened to everyone, I do have a request that your car is at least lowered with aftermarket wheels. This will give me a chance to shoot new cars and a chance for you to (hopefully, hehe) get some nice pictures taken of your car.
I will be able to do shoots on friday nights at either the CSUN parking lot or the Topanga Canyon parking lot. If you want to do a day time shoot, I can do it almost anytime on Sunday at the CSUN lot since it's always empty during the weekend. So two days a week I can do the shoots are Friday nights and Sundays. The hard thing about a day time shoot is that we need to pick a good time frame where the sun doesn't become the enemy. The white Evo was taken at the CSUN parking lot while the black Evo was taken at the Topanga Canyon Mall parking lot. While both are parking structures, they give a very different feeling. The CSUN lot has that dark and cold environment, while the Topanga one is a lot brighter.
I've always love the G/Z especially when they're slammed with deep dish wheels.
What I'm using..
Some random pix...

And if you can drive to either of these locations....CSUN is located in Northridge and Topanga Canyon Mall is in Woodland Hills.

If you want to come over to our meet Sunday in Calabasa let me know. There are going to be a few cars and good background (canyon roads) to shoot. Actually if any one wants to attend look here
