yea, north hollywood is pretty bad.

alhambra is pretty bad too....try taking a drive down atlantic....ugh, horrible.

i think the OP was wondering why santa monica has sh!tty roads.
as i wonder the same, u wont find a house under a mil there and the roads are atrocious (for what ur paying).
