Default brembo brake

is it just my brembo brake that's making the noise when braking close to full stop or all brembo brakes are like that...pls advise =)

If they are stock, they shouldn't make noise unless you've glazed them or the pads are hitting the wear indicators.

they are stock and dealer said the pad has 80% on it. however, i don't think they even check. just told me performance brakes are like that...WTF.

You may just want to do a rebed of the brakes.

is it happening all the time or does it happen here and there? My brembo sweeks sometime when I brake.

Sounds like you have glazed pads, my brembos squeal every now and then.

Go out on the highway and make a couple of light stops followed by a couple of hard stops. Don't actually STOP, just slow to a roll and repeat.

yeah the highway is the best place to do it

do it in a deserted road.

I'm now using Hawk pads but even when I was stock my brakes would really only make noise when they were dusty. Either brake dust all over them or the crap that the Santa Ana winds blow around. Hose off your wheels and see if that helps.

And if it's coming from the rear....my right-rear brake was making noise when I was stock. I had a friend with a G35c (w/ Brembos) that had the same thing. Both of our dealers were unable to find a problem but I believe the right-rear is what the e-brake uses and I suspect it doesn't fully release on occassion. But I dunno.

ya...i'm coming out from the rear, and the noise comes out when it's from around 5mph to zero. sound like from right-rear, but not sure. that noise is driving me crzy w/ oil consumption!!!
