Default Gymkhana at El Toro AFB,This Saturday

If anyone's in the area tomorrow, you may want to stop by and check it out. I believe most of the spots are filled up but they will be running $5 fun runs from 12:00 - 1:00 PM where you can try it out.

Gymkhana is like a mix between autox and drifting. The turns r so tight that u pretty much have to drift the car.

Boneout-

Saw you make some good runs on Sat.! Way to representin' at the event!

A friend of mine told me Gymkhana is usually done on a more narrow course and you general run in 2nd gear. But I guess since the event was on an runway, they opened it up! I cant wait for the next event!

japanese gymkhana is just a smaller course with more memorization. i never came out of second gear, redlined through the slalom area, tried 3rd once but it set the car off balance. better to just stay in second for me.

Yaris is my daily beater... I'm fixing up the Z for track duty, it's just taking longer than expected.

Here's how the Yaris looks with the street tires:

I'll see you at the next event, hopefully in the Z!
