seriously i got a short story i went on a cruise thru the canyons to pch to 405 thru sunset to hollywood and then home and i ended getting home around 4 am im about to go bed and i hear these ****ing rice cans for like a half hour straight i didnt think anything of it other than theyre probably trying to race and when i wake up this morning there are like 4 different donuts on the street right on the other side of my house ( i live on a coldesac (SP))

5% limo tint all the way around, drive across cops and they have never pulled me over. I have been followed by cops for at least 2 miles and never gotten pulled over for my tint, I guess some of us still have lady luck on our side

The sun jacks up your interior and it impairs driving. Reversing a law is mere impossible and just doesn't happen. i got a fix it for my tint, but when i got the letter in the mail it doesn't say anything about just paying a fine and not having to take it off.
do you think i can call and ask? or do i HAVE to just go by what the letter says (which is remove tint)?
