I was thinking about going, but didn't get around it.

Did you end up buying a helmet? Which one did you get?

My track car is still out of commission. Hopefully, I'll make future meetings soon.

My experience with most Z owners is that they're more into the bling and wasting money on "performance modifications" rather than learning how to drive their cars and extracting the potential out of the car. I remember having larger getogethers of Z's at the track back in 2004 than I see now. There are still a few junkies out there though - go visit the RR/AX subforum...

i was up on the hill at HTM. there was an 07 Z up there too and on sunday, a couple more VQ guys including Hydrazine.

I had a miserable weekend. ran out of brake pads on saturday, was down to metal to metal and my wheels are covered with metal shavings. found some cheapo $20 pads at auto zone and used up 60-75% of it on sunday.

i'm always out there at track and usually one of the only few Zs there.
