Default I Blew My Motor!!!!!!

Oh god..at first I wanted to cry, it happened when coming back to work from lunch, i was only a couple of blocks away..when suddenly I was at a stop sign, and then when it was my turn to go, I didn't move, i look at the gauges, and notice my car was off, like after you stall it, so when i go to turn it on, suddenly crazy rod knocking and some valve bouncing around kinda sound. Thankfully, i was only 100 feet away from my work, so i was able to park it ok, but had to get it towed to performance nissan, all the way from reseda. Meh, I on the bright side get a new motor for free (still under warranty). I knew i had an unblessed motor, all my buddies thought i was going crazy when a couple of months ago i had said i felt my car getting slower, I was probably losing compression. And i had a recent incident with a huge vacuum seal, which i believe caused the motor to detonate. and make it go to the nissan gods. amaa! I'm so upset. Thank god i didn't install the 3.7 final drive yet, that for sure would not be good to the new motor.

Ouch; sorry to hear that! Damn, you had all those mods, which may have contributed to the problem, and their replacing your motor under warranty? Wow, that's service!

from his sig it seems like he only has a popcharger and test pipes... i dont think cf can make your engine blow. lol. Atleast you get a new engine. I think thats pretty lucky. Seeing as how you didn't get hurt and it'll be free for you. I'd take an afternoon of frustration for a new motor any day.
