You should look into a set of curb feelers!

it sucks that this happened, make sure to take pics after it gets fixed and let us know how they dealt with it. i have nothing but confidence in wcn that they will take care of this. a very, very large number of people from this board get their z's serviced there; it wouldn't be prudent of them to not correct their mistake.

LOL...you guys are harsh! Although I must agree with the majority that your thread title is quite deceiving and that the flaming was inevitable and I want the wasted seconds of my life that I lost reading this thread back!!!

I Can tell you guys without any hesitation that this is the first time I heard of this, and of course we are going to take care of any damage that happens to any car while its in my care,I can honestly say that this is not the first and im sure not the last time we have scratched, bumped, dinged or dented anyones car but everyone of them that have beem brought to our attention have been taken care of,would have really appreciated a little heads up on the matter first..its our first negitive feed back from the forum and i'll have to say it stings a little but we will continue on and put this one to bed..

so you think that WCN "isn't that great"...however they fixed your car, provided great customer service, and acknowledged that they damaged your car, AND agreed to repair it....wow, your right, I couldn't imagine ever taking my car there again now.

In fact, I would check first to see if you guys even did the damage first. This guy's credibility is shady.

350ZPL, If you would be so kind as to post a receiving address, I think the fourm would be glad to send you a nice 20lb bag of ice to sit on after a flaming like that.
FYI, there is a feature you can use under thread tools, it's called thread delete.....you might want to use it.

Did you give them a chance to fix their error??? I bet you they will apologize and take full responsiblity if you bring it to their attention.
Just read that they already agreed to fix it.You still came on here to start a negative thread??? Everyone should know to inspect their car after getting it back from anyone i.e car wash, dealer, body shop, valet.

I'm sorry that happened but Frank and the service crew at WCN are arguably the best (if not the best) I've ever encountered. We also got a C class and a X-5 at home and the services BMW and Mercedes provide isn't all that much better than WCN. (Aside from a courtesy car of course) but X-5 is a 60K car.
