In any case, I just got my 30K service done over there. Very clean facility, awesome service, and very professional people.

Went in for an oil change on wednesday of last week. good service. I also requested for tire pressure checkup on the new tires. Don't know if it was handled though.

 

You shouldn't need to request it, it's part of the service. We have already had a meeting with the Tech's in question to slow down a bit and make sure everyones car is handled 100%. Keep the feedback back coming.. we can only be the greatest Nissan Dealer in the nation with your help.

 

Morning Jeff, any news on the oil consumption problems? Like are the new engine available yet? Sorry for the off topic haha

 

not complaining but since you guys said you want the feedback, when i was there yesterday i don't believe i got the walk around either. Unless he did it before my oil change. Once i saw my car go up I came out to look under my car while it was on the lift.. I dunno why but i always like looking under my car while its on the lift. lol

 

I took my car in yesterday, and Tim did a walk around for my car, and Heri also does when he's there too. Also, it was nice seeing so many Z/G owners since it makes waiting around much more enjoyable. Plus it's always nice talking to Jeff and Frank!

By the way, just this afternoon a "Service Engine Soon" light came on. What time do you guys close on Monday? I just brought the car in yesterday--dammit, why didn't the light come on sooner so I could have showed you yesterday! lol...

 

Nissan has put these on hold now until early next month. If yours is bad, bring her in and we'll get you one of the old motors.

lol... isn't that the way it always happens.. We close at 7:00pm and 9:00pm on Wednesdays now.... but the techs you need are off by 5:30.

 

Got a oil change last week also, this dealership is spotless. Great job to the folks at WCN, sounds like a new wrestling federation. lol

 

I was down at WCN last week. Tim took great care of me and the Z. My fav part of WCN is still paying the cashier........the blond is to cute

 

Yeah, why is that? haha

But I'll try to get there before 5:30 if possible. Just have to creatively sneak out of work!
