Tim was a cool guy but that service dept is a massive FAIL unless you like your engine bay covered in oil overspill.

LOL

Took my car to Frank @ Fontana Nissan and Gus helped me. My car was in and out within 2 days, perfect service from them. Gus kept me informed and updated on the issue every single step of the way. The only bad thing was that the mechanic or someone accidentally chipped my sideskirts, but it's not their fault. I have crappy paint on the sideskirts.

Yeah Tim was awesome..I have been to WCN only once since Tim left and the service department has now taken a big **** since then..The tech Jeff(Request Jeff if you guys go there still) is still there and he is the only one who works on my G..Stay away from Luis, and Bernie there...those guys never update you on the status of your car if they find something...plus when your car is done they let it sit for about 30 minutes before they write up your paper work.

yeah... i think i got my car serviced from luis or bernie when tim was out on vacation... i didn't have any bad experience with them.. but i did feel a little iffy about dealing with them.... isn't jeff the guy who runs the parts department? and if it is... he takes care of the servicing too??? yeah just kinda scared and don't really know where to take my car now.... was hoping and thinking that tim would be at performance since he goes back and forth...

no not the same jeff's.

The service department Jeff was cool as hell back in teh day when he was on these forums. He really hooked us up. But after his wife got prego, and he took on the toyota dealership as well, he hasn't been around since.

in my opinion finding a trustworthy service writer is pretty useless. Finding a trustworthy tech that actually does the work to your car makes sense. The only thing the service writers are good for is giving yo discounts or good deals on labor because that's their decision.
