I had a problem before with Megan TP use to throw black smoke under accelaration and idle, then I changed it to ICHIBA which I recommend for all NA (fixed all the problem no black smoke and did NOT crack).

Hate to break it to you all, but all brands will crack. I think I had the last set of Kinetix test pipes alive and after 25K miles (including about 7K track miles), I never had a crack. But my Injen exhaust welds cracked (in about 8 different places) and even part of my OEM headers cracked.
If you don't want cracking, then stay with the OEM cats.

OK, I have been here several times and after many replacements, finally ended with an awesome product that sounds and performs awesome and after over 40k miles of use they still look brand new and the welds are a work of art.
UT-R Resonated Test Pipes, there is no better.

When I bought my car, the seller had Sebring TP's (resonated) installed. They seemed like a nice product when I took them off to put the cats back on. They had been on for about 10,000 miles and I saw no cracks.

how can you tell if a resonator goes bad?
