They'd better have round the clock rent a cops tooling around in golfcarts in that parking garage to be able to enforce those absurd rules.

I'm pretty sure about 90% of all cars on the street of SoCal have an alarm of some type.

Lol. The exhaust one is great. Honestly I hate loud *** cars, and I bet there were a bunch of idiots revving their cars that caused that type of action from management. The alarm system one makes no sense, if someone is stealing your car at their establishment.. they fine you?!?!

WOW thats crazy, I was told that it would be towed if it goes on for 30 minutes but most alarms turn off around 5 minutes

actually most alarms turn off anywhere between 30 seconds and a minute.

i was at life plaza last night and there was a civic parked next to me and it was beeping whenever i got near it so i got in my car and turned my car on and my exhaust set the alarm off. i was just like wtf -__-

my bad But yes annoying car alarms i can see as being a problem for a movie theater but then again you shouldnt be charged if someone else tries to break into your car as someone else mentioned
