Long story but, during installation of my turbonetics turbocharger I noticed that the #6 cylinder spark plug had tons of oil above the spark plug (blown valve cover gasket) and also 2 of the o2 sensor was bad and throwing the CEL. 1500 miles/3 months later after turbo was installed I went to West Covina Nissan to see how much will it cost to fix (since I know the powertrain warranty if voided after turbo installation) and guess what? FREEEEEEEEEEE of charged!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! YOU guys at WCN are AWESOME and MODDDDDDDDDDD friendly! thanks you Henry (service advisor) and Frank for approving my warranty! When the new Armada comes out you earned my business!

hmm... As much as i love WCN also, not sure if they like stuff like this being posted....could open them up to some issues between them and Nissan corp.

but yeah, WCN rocks! lol

 

It's called customer service to the next level! Never heard anyone getting fired/shop getting close down for taking care of there customer

 

sorry i should have been more specific, praising WCN is great.

but publishing praise for work they did that could get them in trouble... Since his car was Turbo'd. I just don't want them to get in trouble. :-(

I dunno, just my opinion.

 

This was a previous problem prior to the turbo install. No problem at all!

 

Jeff, You're never available...... when I asked for you, either your in a meeting or with another customer just wanted to meet you and give me the famous WCN tour

 

WCN is great, I'll be there with my car as soon as I can get my Turbo piping back from TN.

 

Sorry... been doing a lot of work outside the dealer lately. We have so much going on here! The growth of this store is off the charts, so I get stuck helping out where needed. Don't give up!!! Ask for me again when you're here.

 

I see and I will next time ask for you. BTW: make sure Henry your service advisor gets a pay raise on his next review, very helpful,friendly and updates his customer's on a timely manner just a thought!
