is that place good? there's one down the street from me in fountain valley but i've never been there.....i usually eat at full moon sushi right next to it though.

Shin Sen Gumi ROCKS! That's probably my favorite noodle place. Sapporo on tap too! My personal best is 3 extra servings of noodles for a total of 4... and I had to stuff that down... I order....

medium noodles, heavy oil, strong soup
+1 order extra noodlesextra onions and no ginger
followed by green tea ice cream

Shinsengumi's waiters and waitresses are too loud. It gives me a headache before I finish my meal.
