WCN, will you please stop being so damn perfect so we don't get bombarded with 10 threads about you guys everyday? J/K keep em coming its good to praise a shop when they do a good job so we all know where to go. Plus it keeps them on their toes cause they don't wanna see a "WCN SUCKS!" thread.

EDIT: And they probably will never see one of those. ^^^

Well, to me I hope they will never be perfect. That's a lot to live up to and also you can't get any better with perfection. I believe that instead of striving towards perfection, they rely on giving better quality and service with each passing day. They leave plenty of room for improvement.

You don't have to suck up to them to get good prices and quality work, they already give that. Just kidding man, I agree with what you said, I just like to joke around, don't take me to seriously.

Thanks guys for the support. We want to make everyone that comes here or buys parts here comfortable in knowing that they can trust who is affecting their investment. Whether it's just a warranty repair or oil change or expensive mods. Even if you're just coming in to look around or visit, we want you to feel appreciated, because we appreciate every customer that comes through the door. The staff here will do whatever possible to make that happen. As far as perfection....we all know that's not possible, however we are constantly working on improving every day. You opinions and concerns are the best tools for us to use to improve. Will there one day be a "WCN Sucks" thread....hopefully not but the fact that mistakes/errors do and can happen is inevitable. What really matters is how the situation is handled. Our customers' best interests are most important to us and that will be what makes this dealership one of the best in the country. I'm done rambling now just wanted to let everyone know we appreciate you. Have a good weekend....Party hard!!!!

Tim

Be sure and stop by the parts dept and say HI. Ask me, I'll be happy to give you the infamous VIP tour of the place. You are also welcome in the shop while they are working on your car... we have nothing to hide and want you to have a GREAT experience while you're in our store!!!

Thanks Tim (service) for the quick Oil change and P/S flush today. It was also a pleasure seeing your cute cashier with the glasses.

Haha... I hear more about our cashiers from customers and friends than anything else. They should put tip jars at the cashier counter
