i dont see anything wrong with the threads. If people have good experiance that's fantastic. It is the least we can do to show appreciate for the good service we get.

and i would be willing to gamble money that people do NOT get paid to make these threads. People are just really amazed that they get good service from these dealers because getting good service from a car dealership is the last thing you would expect.

I wish someone would start a praise thread for the 7-11 on Chapel in Alhambra. That store is always stocked up with the good stuff, they don't say anything while you sip your slurpee and read all their magazines, and they'll let you slide when you are 3 cents short on your purchase.

I see both sides here. Rick is right it seems like as soon as someone posts up about one of the dealerships (Perf. or WestCo.) some else is posting up about the other. Now Im a customer of Andy over at Perf. and Im planning on having some service work done at WestCo. but isnt good customer service what your supposed to expect ? I dont need to post up every time I get good service. I show my thanks by coming back to that place again with my money. But thats just my two cents.
