Okay, so I know I've lagged on getting the info up on this, but here it is. I've set up a cruise that will start at Autobacs in Stanton at 10am. and end at Pala Casino... sometime later. From Autobacs we'll head south to Oceanside to meet with SD people. then we'll head across the 76 to some of southern California's most scenic and unspoiled back roads to the 15. From there we'll head back to Pala. Anyone who's up for more will be more then welcome to come on a sunset cruise over Palomar mountain, but those who aren't can stay at the casino for food/drinks/gambling/whatever. As I'm sure you'll understand, I can't post all the info for the routes we'll be taking, but let me assure you there is a planned route full of twists, bends, and scenic bliss with several photo ops along the way. For those with baller ride height issues, I suggest raising your car up if possible since there are a few washes we'll drive through, as well as unpaved parking areas. This info will be spread to a couple other people on other sites, but I'm not expecting a huge turnout since it's an unsanctioned event with fairly short notice.

Itinerary:
-Meet at Autobacs at 9:30am (12645 Beach Blvd.Stanton, CA 90680)
-Depart from Autobacs no later than 10:00am
-Arrive at Oceanside Harbor at about 11:00am (Nearest address: 1501 Carmelo Dr., Oceanside, CA 92054)
-Depart from Oceanside no later than 11:30am

Total Mileage one-way from Stanton (not including Palomar) is approx. 100 miles.

Total drive time from Stanton (not including Palomar) is approx. 3.5hrs.

As you can see, I'm calling it an "Epic Cruise" for a reason, so please make sure your car is in proper form for this. (oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.)
