nah i wanna get the customer's experience... like how long did they wait when they had an appt, and how long did they wait when they didn't?
there's been a couple times where i've had an appt and i've still watched my car sit there in line waiting to be taken care of for an hour... not that i mind hanging out with the westco folks

I usually do walk ins there for oil changes. If its awfully busy, like it was last Friday, it'll be about a hour and half wait. But there's a couple stores nearby to keep you busy.

no offense to westco because the guys there know i have much respect for them and appreciate them, the few times i've scheduled appointments it didn't make a differance. the people that got there before still went before me, and the people that got there after me still went after me. So just show up. Even if you show up when its busy they still roll you through pretty quick if it's JUST an oil change. I dont think i've ever waited more then an hour showing up mid day on saturday.

original post went something along the lines of.. 'why don't you call them or ask message them'
if ur car isnt lowered they can handle ur car right away. most of the members that come in have to wait sometimes because we used the lowered cars on the alignment rack. if there's a car already on the rack then u have to wait. thats the only thing.
