yea wcn has been ****ing up lately. I called yesterday to go in for the recalls on the HRs and they said they had the part so i drive an hour and half just to get there and find out that they didnt have the parts for the slave cylinder. Not only that but i thought since i was already there they could swap my wheel bearing cause its been making some noise, It took them 2 hours to finally decide to work on my car. So the guy takes it for a drive. Hes gone for a ****ing hour! when he gets back he tells the service guy (i forgot hes name but he was cool) that theres no noise and theres nothing wrong with the bearing so i told the guy that ill show him. so i took the tech guy for a ride, showed him that it was the bearing ad then he tells me that he doesnt think its the bearing but he'll change the bearing for me anyway( witch was pretty cool on his part) but the thing i didnt appreciate was that i was there for 4 hours just to be given an oppinion? wtf? Hopefully this Saturday wont be like yesterday.

How do you figure that? Installing Springs, Rear camber kit (which requires notching the frame a bit with a dremel) and a 4 wheel alignment which is usually 120 plus alone. I think he got a great deal, especially since it was done at a dealership.

no matter what price anyone posts for any installation, someone's going to to claim it's 'way too high.'
it's the way the forums work

Plain and simple, there was a changing of the guard at WCN. While I still back Frank Bauchman 110%, I am not too sure about Frank S's replacement. He came from Glendale Infinity and it is all about the $. Hari & Frank are gone, plain and simple. Jeff, Scott and the rest of the parts guys are nails, but the service dept is another story.
