Default My recent visit to puente hills nissan

Hey guys I just want to share my recent visit that I had at puente hills nissan.

Well I called in the morning to get a oil change and got in the same day. I usually go through Anthony but I got Jordan which I believe is the manager of the area. I was told by him that it can be done within a hour. When I got there I was greeted by another worker that told me it would take 2hrs to get it done! I automaticly said "jordan said that I can get in and out within an hour" which jordan was in the next cubical. Jordan took over the transaction and got everything going. Long story short.. I was in and out under 40mins.. I got a oil change+inspection.. I usually get good service at puente hills nissan.. From owning my spec v to my 350z.. I guess you can consider puente hills nissan's jordan and anthony to west covina nissan's heri.

They have good sales dept. IMO, but they are NOT mod friendly at all! I tried getting a quick oil change last year before I went FI and they said my car is to low with an 1 inch drop and refused to do service

that sucks with what happened to you.. with my previous car (spec v) i had the regular bolt on's(header/intake/exhaust/test pipe) and still got great service.lol..even after i ate butterfly screws.. they continued to service my car.. which is why i'm loyal to them lol

my z is going in for service tomorrow morning and i dealt with anthony. he's a really cool guy. i just briefly talked to him a few minutes ago about this: https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance-and-repair/337487-so-my-z-went-to-the-dealer-today.html

he said he's going on vacation so he wont be there. the staff at superior nissan arent as nice and welcoming as longo toyota's staff but maybe that will change.

Reebok, do you have an '07? There's a recall about this issue.

If you didn't know, performance nissan in duarte or west covina nissan are the preferred dealers to go for service. Don't let the threads floating around scare you away.

well i just got my car back from the dealer and jordan was my service advisor. when i took it there, he couldnt hear any problems or feel any problems. got it and the damn clutch still clicks and from reverse to first still grinds and vibrates, and the engine still makes a tick sound so often. should i take it back or should i just go to another dealer?
