It was my pleasure to have met you on January 9, 2008 during the purchase of my 2008 Nissan 350Z. I wish to take a moment to thank you personally and to thank your staff for the best purchase experience that I have ever had with any dealership. Having owned a 280ZX, 300Z turbo, a 350Z and now my fourth Z car, I have had numerous opportunities to shop with multiple dealerships. I can say unequivocally and without exception that your staff exceeded my high expectations of professionalism, knowledge, quality of care and treatment.
From my initial contact with Jeff and Jenny Hess in your Parts Department whom I consider one of the most genuine and trustworthy couples that I have the great pleasure of knowing through their extraordinary work, I was pleased to have met David Hudson. Mr. Hudson is in my opinion took time over and above the call of duty to insure that each and every detail and requirement I expected was met.
As an attorney, I am held to a high standard to meet my client’s expectations and when I am the client, I demand no less. Therefore, my commendation of your staff maybe taken in that light and I am pleased to say that West Covina Nissan has the best staff that I have encountered in my numerous years of buying cars. Every individual involved with the sale including Rex’s astute observations during vehicle selection and Fernando’s closing of sale to your staff that assisted with delivery demonstrated the integrity and high quality of professionalism that is normally reserved to friends and family.
From the time of negotiation of price, to selection of the vehicle of my choice and through-out the course of purchase even after the contract was signed and delivery was finalized, I felt like and was given “the golden rule” treatment. I will unabashedly refer my friends and family to West Covina Nissan because I know that they will be given extraordinary care.

Long time Dan and glad to hear you are around. West Co is very lucky to have Jeff and Jen as the staff at the dealership and ever since they opened I have been a loyal customer of West Co.
I've been loyal to them from buying a car to getting my car serviced to buying parts. But lately their service department has gone to utter ****, and I've had consecutive unpleasant experiences. My very last one I called to have my nismo gaskets installed and they quoted me 100-120dollars... UM, ok. Went to Tim Lange at performance and he had me in and out in 35 mins for 40 bucks.
