I remember my highschool coach hit a bum on a bike, making a right turn. He was looking to his left and made the turn, while this bum was coming from the right. The bum went flying off his bike about a good 5 feet or so, and the coach just got out of the car, dropped a 20, and took off.. haha.

yeah it looks like it's ganna be her fault. The guy was on one of those fancy road racing bikes, so i really doubt he had the pedel reflectors(he had the shoe clip pedels) and headlight. Ohwell, my mom is really panicking about the famous law suits that Socal is known for, but hopefully because he's a teacher, he'll have some good integrity. My dad gave the dude and his bike a ride home and said the guy seemed pretty honest. We'll see how it goes.
