If it was stolen you should find the contact info to the local police department associated with this guys' address. Even if you dont do anything with the PD scare the **** outa the guy. Tell him if he doesnt paypal you the money back you'll report him to (Insert police department name here). Tell him you still have the shipping label and the e-mail paypal receipt showing that the phone came from this guy and youll get him on the hook for sale of stolen property.
