original charges:

assault & battery
evading
reckless driving (speculation didnt stick)

all charges were dropped and the attackers involved all got assault added as well as nothing under 300 hours of community service per attacker.


it wasnt me that openly admitted it, it was the witnesses that described what happened. you should have heard it in court, it sounded like a kung fu flick was being narrated hahahaha... it was also noted at the station when i was talking with the officers and describing the event so i guess i did kinna fukk myself there haha but in any case, i got off decent. first time the law was ever on my side the judge basically said that what i did was pure reaction and basic training in play from learned responses. I think that he politely was trying to say that "they had it coming" hahaha
