Koury's in Belmont shores has all you can eat whole Maine lobster and buffet in fri/sat. 45 bucks

Sierra cafe at Hilton in Universal studios has a great seafood and everything else buffet thoughout the week for 45 bucks and they have half baked lobster. Rated buffet in LA last year i think.

for sushi, go to full-moon in fountain valley. it's on the corner of ellis and brookhurst.

boiling crab is good too if you want to get your hands dirty and smell like spice. i also recommend the canjun fries that they have.

For high end, Water Grill or Providence are considered to be the best seafood restaurants.

Newport Seafood on Colima in Rowland Heights. Their House Special Lobster owns that of all restaurants I've been to in the area. The rest of their food is delicious also.
