Default Calling out Bobbarker?

i'm not sure of the spelling on his screen name but i think it's something along the lines of bobbarker? From the few posts i've seen he almost got in a boxing match with rickdogg and i think goes to UCR.

anyways, just wondering if you were the same person as this person.

if you are, hope everything works out for you and screw those San Diego sheriffs. Goodluck with your case if it's still going.

Well he's an idiot for not have a CCW and illegally carrying a gun in public, serves him right! Wonder if his Marine superiors will fry his a$$?

I personnally have no sympathy for someone that breaks the law by carrying a gun illegally.

And please don't bring the whole I fight for my country bs!

Not to be funny but I guess the price is wrong in his case!

finally found his screenname. Ihatethatbobbarker. I doubt it's the same person.

anyways, it's not black and white illegal. He can be justified as having done nothing wrong.

I always thought it was illegal to carry a gun on you. I do know that you can carry a gun in your car but it must be locked in a box and not loaded.

it is legal with restrictions.

completely illegal in within a certain distance of government and school buildings.

other then that, legal as long as the handgun is holstered and unloaded to your belt and NOT hidding by a jacket or baggy shirt. Has to be in plain view.

you are allowed to have loaded magazines on you though and this is where this guy's arrest is questionable. The police justify that his weapon is loaded because the magazines are attatched to his holster. Typically people that open carry, carry their magazines on the opposite hip.

Legal or not, anyone who holsters, even an unloaded gun, and carries it in public is asking for trouble.... unless you're obviously law enforcement.

California has 1 get out of jail free card on the gun topic.

It is in place to keep good people from going down for a MAJOR crime by accident. The lawers and judge will let him go with a slap on the wrist. But if he gets caught again . . . . . . game over.

personally i think that bob barker shouldn't be running around with a gun on him, he is a roll model for plenty of old people. "Dont forget to get your pets pet spayed or neutered!"

it's a very sensitive topic for people. However just think back to when was the last time you heard of an incident with a law abiding citizen carying a gun....

Personally I can't think of any.
