My cousin just bought a 2000 Civic si as a project car and wants to do a complete build + turbo kit + a dyno tune. He wants to take it to ONE shop that does all of the above. But he doesn't want to take it to a shop that doesn't know what they are doing. He wants quality work plus a great tuner and is willing to pay for it.

Yeah I know this is a 350Z forum but I don't feel like registering on a Honda forum to ask. So any help would be appreciated.
