Default Engine cleaning and polishing?

I am thinking about getting my engine cleaned and polished. I want to know the best place to get this done in the Los Angeles area. I feel that my engine is dirty and need of a slight improvement in that department. Thank you.

there is quite a few products/brushes you can purchase to clean your engine bay. I would suggest asking in a detailers forum and show pics.
