For box building you should pm 16psibrick. he is a master at it.
heres a few tips if you're going to diy
For Fiberglassing
1)quality of materials matters. don't use bondo products, i found a local place here in the (818) that sells evercoat products if you're intersted. the best resin i've used is the b440 from uscomposites. com it flows like water.
2)when mixing you're resin take into account the temperature. when its colder add alittle more hardener when its hotter outside use less.
3)if this is you're first attempt i would recommend practicing on something small first or else you might end up with an expensive piece of trash
4)I prefer to use fiberglass mat not fiberglass cloth. mat to me always seems to have more strength. also tear the mat apart do not use scissors.
5)you can find nice fleece pretty much at any fabric store.
6)make sure you're box dimensions are accurate to the needs of you're sub.
7)mix small amounts of resin at a time or else you're only going to be wasting you're money.
8) be prepared to itch like a biatch.
9)do the fiberglassing in the car. if not you're box is going to warp.
