i was (am) hesitant with spacers too but i read recently quite a few of the race car guys run spacers with no issues. i figure if they're using them in competition we should be ok too. i guess just torque your lugs after every session.

oh yeah, they did mention to get open ended lug nuts so you or the tech inspector can verify all the threads on the studs are engaged and none are too short.

and just to be fair here are mine on BW #13CW:

2005 base 350Z (borrowed my sister's) - everything stock (including tires... bridgestone RE-something or another) except nismo brake pads, about 2:20.
i probably could have gotten it down a little more given more seat time and lower tire pressures. i wasn't sure how good the pads were so was babying them a little bit.

1995 miata 100 whp on 205 14" r comps, carbotech xp8 pads - 2:20

lol... makes me wonder how much higher my cornering speeds in the miata were since it's down almost 180 hp
