i believe if you were one of the IOU people you get like 15% interest for not getting your refund in the given time frame. at least you get more?

That sucks that you are not informed about the fact that if you file your taxes before feb 1st then you will get your $. I got mine. After feb 1st its iou. Btw it takes about 24-48 hours for the state to get your tax return if filed electronically so if you did it on Feb 1st or a day or two before that, keep your fingers crossed guys!
